ARE you as smart as a 5th grader?

You know, 5th graders sure are pretty darn sharp these days.

So, when you get to be my age you start to forget things or you realize you never learned them to begin with. Me and a couple of friends have set a few goals for ourselves. This month we will be learning/re-learning the 50 United States and their capitals. Funny, you think you know something, but as I printed out a blank copy of a US map and tried to fill in all of the states, I must admit, I was a little stumped when it comes to New England and places like Iowa. Who knew it was only 3 states directly above us? Directly above us!!!!! This should be interesting.

See how many you can do.....

Capitals Quiz:

You can print these out and try it for yourself. NO CHEATING!!

I know all 50 states in alphabetical order... (not because I'm a genius, though. There's a song that I teach my 5th graders that has all 50 states). :-)

Capitals too? Now there's a dilemma.
